Alexandra Haas ist die Gründerin von Special Moments. Sie ist eigentlich Linguistin mit Uniabschluss und kennt sich bestens aus mit interner Kommunikation und Events. 2005 hat sie allen Mut zusammengenommen und ihren Traum verwirklicht: Am Valentinstag gründete sie die Special Moments GmbH. Ein Jahr später eröffnete sie in der Altstadt von Zürich ihren schönen Erotikladen und bot in ihrem für alle offenen, sexpositiven Raum während über zwölf Jahren Menschen Wissen und Begeisterung zum Thema Sex an. 2009 erschien ihr Buch „Speisekarte der Lustspiele. Anregendes für mehr Spass beim Sex“ im Xanthippe Verlag. Heute kennen sie viele aus Interviews in Büchern und Zeitungen oder aus Auftritten in TV oder Radio. Seit 2009 ist Alexandras Schwester Manuela Teil von Special Moments. Seither nennt man die beiden auch die "Bunny Sisters" (Hasen-Schwestern). Den Spitznamen haben sie einer ehemaligen Mitarbeiterin zu verdanken.
